Can you help us to migrate our exisiting data should we decide to switch to SchoolDrive?
Yes, migrating your data is a service we provide free of charge to our customers. The pre-condition to importing the data into SchoolDrive is that that we get access to the data and we are able to interpret it. We succeed with this most of the time.
I am an agent and the courses of my course provider partner are not available in SchoolDrive. How can they be added?
It is part of the service that we provide to agents that we keep the course directory of the course providers up-to-date. If a requested course provider is not in the directory yet then we create an account for them. We either ask them to enter their course details into the system or perform this task ourselves.
We are school but we also operate as agents at the same time. Do I need 2 subscriptions?
No, it is also possible to have a combined subscription and access the combined functionality in one interface. Settlement of the subscription fee into two parts: 1) the revenue generated by educational activities and b) the commission received as agent.
Do you offer dedicated support during the first transition months?
Yes, we set up a chat channel with the key user of the client to enable instant communication during the first months after the system is introduced. We help our clients to get up to speed fast by creating the initial environment they need. We help entering their initial data, creating their document templates and surveys.
When do you invoice the subscribtion fee?
The subscription fee is invoiced quarterly – thus in 4 lumps. The invoices are sent around the 15th of the month following the quarter.
How is the annual fee calculated?
The annual fee is calculated based on the financial results generated with the help of SchoolDrive during the previous year. This information is normally known by our clients by March. This is also the time when we contact our clients and ask for their input. Their input corresponds normally to the figures that are available in SchoolDrive.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
The service can be canceled by the end of the calendar year. If it is not canceled then it automatically continuous with another calendar year.
Are there any additional costs?
No, the subscription fee covers all services. Feature Sponsorship is an exception but that we handle in separate agreements.
Do I receive updates to the system?
Yes, all updates are automatically available to all users. We often release updates on weekly basis.
